There are lots of movie theaters in Poland, and there is surely one in all of the big malls, there is also a movie theater in the Ursynow part of Warsaw, and if you live in the Ursyow compound all you have to do is get on the bus (the same one that I gave you directions for going to the Zlote Tarasy Mall.
So, get on that 179 bus and get off three stops later. You might have to walk some and cross a street, but thats about it.
Like I said before, Most movies are in English with Polish subtitles, unless they say that they are dubbed, which almost never happens, except in Sadyba Best Mall, with some movies they are dubbed. And all the animated movies are always dubbed. Unless the American School Of Warsaw shows a previewing of it, where they rent out a movie theater (usually Sadyba Best Mall) and they show it in English, where you can buy tickets at their store.
If you have a student ID card, you get a discount off the tickets so they become cheaper. And at some movie theaters, when you buy your ticket and the guy checks your ticket, he sometimes asks you to see your student ID card, but other than that, you shouldnt have any problems. They do speak English so you don't have to worry, and here, you get to pick your seats, which actually has a lot of advantages. So you don't have to come extra extra early to get a seat!
I should also give you a heads up that when you are viewing a 3D movie, they have sensors at the front when you come in to the movie theater so you don't steal the glasses (yes, they do re-use them, not like in Tysons.) So theres a person handing out the glasses, and then when the movies over you just go and hand it back to the person who puts them in order. Simple enough.
