In South Africa, there are very distinct ways to describe immediacy. If you ask someone to do something, and they reply, "I'll do it just now", it means they will do it in an hour or...when they get around to it. If they instead reply "I'll do it now now", it means now...or ten minutes ago.
What does that have to do with anything in Poland? Well, nothing.
